A: The resident is responsible for electricity, water/sewer/trash (based on occupancy and consumption), cable, phone, and internet. The property is responsible for the heat.
Q: WHAT IS THE PET POLICY?
A: We are a cat friendly community! Please note that we require a refundable pet deposit of $200, a non-refundable pet fee of $200 and monthly pet rent ($25/cat).

A: Yes. There are free surface parking spots and underground garage stalls available.

A: Generally, 12-month lease agreements are available, but we can offer flexible lease terms.

A: Generally, a maximum of 2 occupants per bedroom is allowed. See below details:

Q: WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM INCOME ALLOWED TO QUALIFY?
A: We generally require 2x the rent in verifiable income
Q: DO I NEED RENTERS INSURANCE?
A: Yes, renters must maintain liability coverage during the tenancy. We encourage you to use our preferred partner, Resident Shield.
Q: ARE THERE ANY OTHER FEES REQUIRED?
A: Yes, a $4.00 Utility Billing Fee/mo will be automatically applied to your account.
Q: WHAT IS INVOLVED IN THE APPLICATION PROCESS?
A: A $40 non-refundable fee is required to process your application. A $300 holding fee will also be held until your application is approved. Once approved the holding fee will be applied to your security deposit. Applicants will be pre-screened for credit, rental history, income, and public criminal records. If the application is canceled within 72 hours of being approved, the holding fee will be refunded. The holding fee is non-refundable after 72 hours. Should an applicant not meet the eligibility requirements, the holding fee will be refunded.

Like the underground parking. Enjoy the elevator service after a long day at work . Very will kept building. Enjoy the mangers.
